We ship to all provinces in Canada.

We are shipping from Ontario, Canada.

We source our flowers from Vancouver, BC.

We usually accept payment within 24 hours and ship the same day before 5PM EST! Orders after 5PM will be shipped out next day.

Yes! We will always send the tracking number via email with all orders.

We create the shipping label first then we hand over the parcel to Canada Post, they will scan and update the tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be updated.

No! We ensure to package everyone’s order in a mylar bag and vacuum seal another bag to ensure it will be odor-free.

Orders that are unpaid will be cancelled within 24-48 hours. Please follow the
instructions to ensure payment is successful.

Yes, this is to ensure that the person who is receiving the parcel is over 19 years of
age. You will need to provide a valid Government Issue ID to the delivery driver/clerk.

Please double check the address entered into the form. This is the customer’s
responsibility to ensure that the address is entered correctly. There will be no
compensation for addresses that have been entered incorrectly. In the event that
the address has been entered incorrectly, please contact us at
bestbudz.ca@protonmail.com immediately to correct the mistake.

You can create a FlexDelivery address on the Canada Post website and create your own P.O. box near the closest Canada Post Office.

Payment Questions

We only accept Interac E-transfer through online banking.

Orders over $179 will qualify for free Xpresspost shipping. Orders under $179 will be charged an extra $20 for Xpresspost (2-3 days) or $15 for Expedited Shipping (3-7 days). However, delivery times are out of our control and it will be up to Canada Post to deliver on time.

Yes, we do, it is included in the listing price.

Once payment has been sent, it is FINAL SALE. If we have not shipped the package, you can ask for a coupon that equals your total value.
